One To One Counselling Sessions
Individual One-to-One counselling, also known as Face-to-Face therapy or work is designed to give you the space and opportunity to focus on yourself and your issues. One-to-One sessions allow you to identify your own thoughts, feelings, and concerns about your life and current situation without distractions or interruptions. The therapist will listen empathically and help you to find yourself and your own true path to reach your goals.
